Returns:
Because we have a low mark up, we can not pay shipping so a buyer can see if they like the color, zipper, or size, then expect us to take it back at our expense. (Please ask questions)
You can return items in new and unused condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund less our initial shipping cost plus a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and handling costs.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition.
All returned items will be inspected prior to awarding a refund.

Normal wear and tear.
Personal comfort. ( everyone has a different tolerance to cold)
Temperature ratings are not a guarantee everyone will be comfortable.
We have sold over a 1000 bags. We have had over 100 feedback that the temperature ratings are accurate. However We have had about 3 buyers say they were cold. (100 vs 3) We would say the bags are rated appropriately
Trying to say everyone will be warm, is like saying a small meal will satisfy everyone. While one person may be full another may still want more.
